At Cocolocks we have been mastering the art of hair extensions for over a decade and have travelled the globe to find and source only the best quality human hair for our clients.
We specialise in both invisible weft and tape extensions, each providing great lightweight options for adding length and/or volume to your existing hair whilst maintaining a natural discrete look. All of our extensions are made from 100% European human remy hair and come in a wide range of colours and lengths that can be customised to suit almost any style.
NOTE: Consultations are required for all new hair extension clients
Absolutely. Through our consultation process we get to discuss, one-on-one, a tailored plan to help navigate which service is best for your hair. Together we gain an insight into your likes/dislikes and make recommendations to help you achieve your hair goals.
Consultations take approximately 15 - 20 minutes and cost a small fee of $20 which is fully redeemable on your first service (excluding products).

For optimum results it is important that your hair is washed and clean using shampoo only on the day of your extension and/or relift appointment.
NOTE: If your hair is not clean on the day of your extension appointment we will add a wash & blow wave to your service at the required cost.
Yes. We send out a confirmation SMS to you 3 days prior to your appointment. If we do not receive confirmation from your SMS your appointment will be automatically cancelled and may incur a late cancellation fee (see Salon Policy).

All of our stylists are highly experienced in the art of colouring and in most cases can achieve your desired look in the number of sessions outlined to you during your consultation. However, in some circumstances where greater transformations are requested it may take multiple sessions to achieve that perfect colour (for example going from brunette to blonde).
NOTE: Be sure to mention to your stylist if any artificial colours, box dye and/or low quality products have been used on your hair prior to attending your appointment, as this may impact the final results of your colour.
All of our services are based on starting prices only. The final price and time of your appointment may vary depending on your individual requirements (for example short/long hair). Your stylist will always quote you on the day of your service.

Yes. We require a valid credit card to secure all online and telephone bookings at Cocolocks. Don't panic, all credit card details are held for security purposes only and will only be charged where 'no show' or late cancellations apply (see Salon Policy).
