Salon Policy
Cancellations
Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of your booking. Failing to show up to an appointment without notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of your booking. Please be advised that Cocolocks reserves the right to charge a deposit prior to securing your next appointment for all late cancellations or no shows.
Cocolocks does not provide quotes or take bookings via social media or email. For appointments please book online or phone the salon on 03 9939 9028. All prices are in $AUD including GST and are subject to change without notice.
SMS Reminders
A confirmation SMS will be sent out to you 3 days prior to your appointment. If we do not receive confirmation from your SMS your appointment will be automatically cancelled and may incur a late cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel/change/reschedule your appointment please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Consultations
Cocolocks offers personalised one-on-one consultations to help navigate which service is best for your hair. All consultations are allocated to 15 minute time frames and incur a fee of $20 which is fully redeemable on your first service (excluding products). No shows and/or late arrivals will forfeit their deposit as this fee is non refundable. You can book a consultation with one of our stylists online or by phoning us on 03 9939 9028.
Deposits
Cocolocks requires a valid credit card to secure all online and telephone bookings. All credit card details are held for security purposes only and will only be charged where ‘no show’ or late cancellations apply.
Shipping & Delivery
All products purchased through Cocolocks online store are subject to availability and stock levels. Orders are shipped via registered Australia Post and will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of payment. Free standard postage is available on all orders $50 and over (within Australia). A flat rate of $10 per shipment is applied for all orders under $50. Cocolocks holds no responsibility for loss/damage of orders once dispatched.
Online Returns
Cocolocks entitles you to a refund, exchange or credit whereby a product ordered online is faulty or the incorrect item was received. Subject to the above circumstances all hair extensions, brushes and hair accessories are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Refunds do not apply to in salon services or change of mind. For online purchases refunded in store, your refund will be made to the original payment method, except PayPal and Afterpay payments which will be refunded to your Credit/Debit card. If you wish to be refunded via your original payment method of PayPal or Afterpay please email info@cocolocks.com.au with your confirmation order number and reason for returning your item.
Service Refunds
All services undertaken at Cocolocks are non-refundable, however we value our customer’s experience and are happy to provide a corrective service (free of charge) if the mistake is on our behalf. We do not provide corrective services or refunds for ‘change of mind’ after the original service has been performed.
We encourage clients to contact us no later than 72 hours after the initial service to discuss any dissatisfactions and any adjustments therefore after must be booked within 7 days from the date of the original service.
